Doctor: I'll be honest...it doesn't look good. He has not waken up yet and I gave him 3 smelling salts. He's lost A LOT of blood from his forehead. He has a lot of bruises around his midsection which means either bruised or broken ribs. His arm looks displaced which mean it's broken or he has a seperated shoulder. There is nothing I can do for him here. We have to get him to a hospital
